Step 2: Provide Objectives
■state what students will be able to accomplish and how they will be able to use the knowledge
■give a demonstration if appropriate
■Allows students to frame information, i.e. treat it better
■Include learning objectives in lecture slides, the syllabus, and in instructions for activities, projects or papers
Example: In addition to verbally stating objectives, posting them in the room for the audience to see can be helpful and it will allow the participants to review and refer to the objective as the lesson progresses.
